I learned of Bill, Mr Foss's passing today from a notice from 228. My condolences to the Foss family. OFHS as a brand new school certainly benefited from the involvement of the Foss family and others of the first booster club group. I always enjoyed speaking with him, he was a great guy. RIP Bill Foss.

one of the most influential men in my life. Strong, hardworking, loving and wisest man I have ever met. You fought a hard fight big man, I know towards the end u were really struggling to keep it together for everyone. Finally with the love of your life and that makes me a little at peace. This isn't easy and I can't even start to explain how much you will be truly missed. You were the rock of this family, so picking up the pieces and moving forward is just another hard challenge I must face. Give my son all the hugs and kisses that I can't. Until we meet again, love u gpa

Although myself and the most of the men I am writing this on behalf of didn't know William personally, we send our sincerest condolences to his family. It is said that a man's true legacy is not in what he acquires or achieves during his lifetime but rather the impression he leaves on those around him. We have all had the privilege of working for William's son Dave Foss for many years. He is an honest, sincere, and straightforward man with a great sense of humor and his character is a testimony to the man who raised him. May his legacy continue to live on in the hearts of his children, grandchildren, great grandchild and may the peace of Christ comfort all of you during this difficult season.
