I couldn't miss the anniversary of precious Lill's passing. I planned to go to her services but my father had a massive stroke. God has sustained him but we are in I.C.U. now. Lill touched so many lives, always inquired about my husband, called him when others might have missed the call. St he ALWAYS encouraged me. Her passion for the lost AND the body of Christ was huge. Her catch phrase, "I love you but Jesus loves you more still echos and probably will forever. I never met anyone like Lill and probably never will. I always looked forward to the opportunity to bless her a little with my baked goods for bake sales, she always gave over and above but I tried to make sure that she had all the rhings she liked. My life was torev ER touched by Lill. Heaven gained a mighty woman. My heart reaches out to her family. Blessings to you all and thank you for sharing your precious Lill.

When I first visited Life Church, the next week I received a phone call from Lillian. At the end of that call she prayed with me. I knew I had to meet her face to face. When i did, she hugged me and made me feel so welcomed. Every time after that she would end our conversations with "I love you more." She will truly be missed on this side of heaven.

Dear precious Lill, It was easy to see your overwhelming love for Christ in the way you displayed your amazing passion for 'souls'! So, from all of us who were richly blessed because of it, "thank you"... we love you from the bottom of our hearts. We will truly miss you, (and that warm lovely smile), but it brings joy to know you are 'singing with the angels'!!!

We were next door neighbors to Lill & Chuck in Roseland way back in the 60's. Life was not easy for Lill back then but she always had a smile on her face and was always ready to help anyone who needed it. Her children always came first and I often marveled at how she was able to juggle all of her Motherly duties plus keep such a squeaky clean house. Although we didn't see much of each other over the years, I will never forget Lill and her beautiful smile. May God keep you in His Loving Arms!!! Goodbye Dear Friend.

My Dearest Lill, You are so special to me--a spiritual Mother who brought me light. This world will be a colder, sadder place without you. But Heaven now has a bright new beautiful soul. Save me a place at His table. . .

To Mother Lilian
Yes you are truly a mother not just by name only but by your actions. You have left a mark on our hearts as a soldier for the Lord. Your calls and our conversations were always uplifting, never failing to give praise to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Your love for all of us kids at Life Church will always be remembered. We will miss you a lot and a hole has been left, but we will pickup your mantle and remember you love and we too will be repairers of the breach.
Blessings!

Lillian was a beautiful person. I met her almost four years ago when I came to Life Church and she gave me a welcome call and prayed with me. I loved her instantly. She loved the Lord and shared herself right until the end. She will surely hear the Lord say "Well done my good and faithful servant"

A precious servant whose heart was caring for people. Once Lillian learned your name or a loved one's, on her prayer list and contact list you would go. A truly beautiful reflection of the love and character of Christ. Many, many of us will miss her presence, her voice, her calls and emails, and yes, hearing her say "I love you, but Jesus loves you more." In my 'heart's ear', I could almost hear her say..."now you pass it on...Christ's love, forgiveness and care for one another. So blessed to have had Lillian in our life and forever in our hearts.

Lillian was an amazing servant of God who shared His love to all she came on contact with, "I I love you but Jesus loves you more". I could always count on her to agree with me in prayer for any prayer concern. Lill often asked about my husband when he wasn't with me in church. I am so thankful for knowing Lillian and for her impact on my life. Our loss is heavens gain.

Lill and Chuck Turrisi were our good friends and neighbors on 115th and Church St. back in the early to mid 60's. Better friends and better times one could not ask for. Vicky, Chuck and Teddy are fondly remembered, as were the other two, but they were little nippers. Charlie and myself would probably have been considered practicing heathens at that time, but Lill had faith in a higher power and may he take her to a beautiful reward in heaven.
