Obituary of Bernadette E Manning

Bernadette E. Manning nee Statler, 94, lifelong resident of Blue Island, passed from this life Wednesday, February 20, 2019. She was the beloved wife of the late Kenneth Manning who passed away in 1992. Bernadette is the loving mother of Lillian L. Zirkle, Kenneth (Debra) Manning Jr. and Janet (Henry) Zemeckis. She is the cherished grandmother of Angelena Zirkle, Gary Zirkle, Lynette Manning and Brian (Destiny) Manning. Bernadette is the adored great grandmother of Damien Manning, Brian Manning, Ronald Rickerson III and Melanie Rickerson and the proud great great grandmother of Lily Rickerson. She is the dear sister of Raymond Statler, Ida Lee Statler and the late Walter Statler, Edwin Statler, John Statler and Dennis Statler.

Bernadette was a devoted homemaker and mother who loved spending time with her family and friends. She was an avid genealogist and also enjoyed to crochet.

Cremation services for Bernadette will be private.
