Obituary of Claudene Adams

Claudene Adams nee Smith, 86, of Blue Island, passed from this life Sunday, April 1, 2018.

Claudene is the beloved mother of Michael Smith, Cynthia Smith and the late Vicki Smith, Norma Jean Smith and James Smith. She is the adored grandmother of Patrick Smith.

Claudene was formerly employed as an office manager for Englewood Hospital, which was formerly located at 6001 S. Green St. in Chicago. Her hobbies include sewing and canning fruits and vegetables. Claudene enjoyed spending time with her family.

Visitation for Claudene will be held Wednesday, April 4, 2018 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Cremation will be private.
