Tribute & Message From The Family Clinton "Donald" Peters Sr., 86, of Dolan Springs, Arizona, formerly of Blue Island. He is survived by five children, many grandchildren and his brother Leland Peters. Clinton was a WWII Army veteran and was formerly employed by the City of Blue Island in the water department.
