Obituary of Frances M. Mosel

Frances M. Mosel nee Kaptur, 100, formerly of Blue Island and Calumet Park, passed from this life Monday, February 19, 2018.

Frances was the beloved wife of the late Wilbur E. Mosel who passed away May 28, 2000. She was the daughter of the late Frances nee Pachowicz and Michael Kaptur. Frances was preceded in death by all her siblings and their spouses, John (Rose) Kaptur, Albert (Eleanor) Kaptur, Helen (Henry) Buczek, Leona (Francis) Felcyn, Walter Kaptur, Edward (Kyra) Kaptur and Michael Kaptur. She is the cherished aunt, great aunt, great great aunt  and cousin of many.

Frances was a very hard working woman. She will be remembered always for her kindness and generosity to others. Frances was an avid reader, especially the daily newspaper, which she read every single day!

Visitation for Frances will be held Thursday, February 22, 2018 from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Interment will take place at St. Benedict Cemetery in Crestwood.
