Obituary of John S. Lewandowski

John S. Lewandowski, 79, of the Beverly neighborhood of Chicago, beloved husband of Renate M. nee Kammerowski, loving father of Frank (Mary Ann) Koronkiewicz, Rick (Sue) Koronkiewicz, Rob (Danielle) Koronkiewicz, Marc (Maggie) Koronkiewicz Sr.  and Kristina Lewandowski, devoted grandfather of Amanda Koronkiewicz, Brett Koronkiewicz, Kate Koronkiewicz, Anne Koronkiewicz, Zak Koronkiewicz, Rachel Koronkiewicz, Eric Koronkiewicz, Kyle Koronkiewicz, Breana Aseves, Alexis Koronkiewicz, Emma Koronkiewicz, Marc Koronkiewicz Jr. and April Lewandowski, cherished son of the late Stella Becker nee Zajac and the late John Lewandowski, dear brother of Ed Lewandowski, Ted Becker and the late Jean Lewandowski.

John enjoyed spending his time restoring vintage cars and also renovating his historical home. 

A memorial visitation for John will be held Friday, July 28, 2017 from 3:00 pm until the time of memorial service at 6:30 pm at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Cremation private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the American Lung Association or St. Jude greatly appreciated.
