Richard J. Mucha, 74, of Blue Island, formerly of Roseland. Beloved husband of Margaret M. nee Lugo, loving father of Richard (Melissa) Mucha, Sam Valencia, Dave (Daniela) Valencia, Mark Valencia and Laura (Art) Frausto, devoted grandfather of Lindsay, Alexis, David Jr., Lauren, Marissa, Mark, Taylor, Madelyn, Myah and Dan, proud great grandfather of Damian and Isabella, dear brother of Bill (Patricia) Mucha, Dennis (Sandy) Mucha and the late John "Lujack" Mucha. Member of Ironworkers Local 1. Visitation Monday, April 24, 2017 from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Chapel prayers Tuesday, 9:00 am at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island then to St. Benedict Church, 2339 York St., Blue Island, for mass at 10:00 am. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City.
