Obituary of Edward A. Quade

Edward A. Quade, passed away peacefully at his home on March 31, 2017. He is survived by his beloved wife of fifty-eight years, Beverly nee Swanson; his children Leslie (Patrick) Kennedy and Todd Quade; his grandchildren, twins; Patrick and Paige; and their beloved granddog Riagan. Predeceased in death by his parents Edward and Augusta nee Heise Quade. Born on January 6, 1930, Edward's life started and ended in Blue Island, Illinois. Edward provided a lifetime of service to his country and community having been honorably discharged from the United States Air Force and serving for twenty-five years as a volunteer firefighter for the Blue Island and Calumet Park Fire Departments. Visitation, Friday, April 7, 2017 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm and funeral service Saturday, 11:00 am at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery. Memorial donations to First Ev. Lutheran Church, 2519 Grove St., Blue Island, IL 60406, greatly appreciated.
