Obituary of Beverly A. Luchene

Beverly A. Luchene nee Reichert, 83, of Crestwood, formerly of Blue Island. She is the beloved wife of Earl W. Luchene. Beverly is the loving mother of Earl Luchene Jr., Timothy (Mary Beth) Luchene and Tami Murray. She is the devoted grandmother of Brian (Sarah) Kooistra, Michael (Jocelyn) Luchene, Amber Murray and Kyle Murray and the cherished great grandmother of Gabriel. Beverly is the dear sister of the late Shirley (late Harry) Safranek and the late Jean (Miles "Cookie") Ehlers. Beverly was a life long resident of Blue Island until a few years ago when they relocated to Crestwood. She and Earl were united in marriage on July 21, 1951, at St. Paul Church which was formerly located on Gregory Street near St. Francis Hospital. She is a current member of Grace United Methodist Church. Visitation for Beverly will be held Friday, August 26, 2016 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 am at Grace United Methodist Church, 12739 S. Maple Ave., Blue Island. Interment will take place at Cedar Park Cemetery, Calumet Park. Memorial donations to Shriners Hospital or Grace United Methodist Church greatly appreciated.
