Obituary of Guadalupe G. Del Real

Guadalupe G. Del Real nee Gomez, 83, of Blue Island. She is the beloved wife of Leonides Del Real, the couple were united in marriage January 2, 1960. Guadalupe is the loving mother of Silvia Sotelo, Guadalupe (John) Recca, Rosio (Peter) Kim and Leticia Del Real. She is the devoted grandmother of the late Silvia Thrasher, Sara Sotelo, Jaime Sotelo, Nicholas Sotelo, Victoria Sotelo, Jarrod Kim and Jacqueline Recca and the cherished great grandmother of Jason and Jacob Thrasher. Visitation for Guadalupe will be held Thursday, January 21, 2016 from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Chapel prayers will begin at 9:15 am on Friday, at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island, then to St. Benedict Church, 2339 York St., Blue Island, for mass at 10:00 am. Interment will take place at St. Mary Cemetery, Evergreen Park.
