Josephine Mendez, 89, of Chicago, formerly of Blue Island. Beloved daughter of the late Juan Sr. and the late Dolores nee Silva, preceded in death by her dear siblings Jacinto, Lupe, Trinidad and Juan Jr., cherished aunt and great aunt of many. Visitation Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 9:00 am until the time of prayer service at 10:15 am at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island, then to St. Benedict Church, 2339 York St., Blue Island, for mass at 11:00 am. Interment St. Benedict Cemetery, Crestwood.
