Obituary of Robert Wesley Rogers

Robert Wesley Rogers, known as Rob or Bobby, to family and friends, quietly said good bye to all on April 4, 2015 at age 36. Rob was born in Chicago, Illinois July 24, 1978 to Miriam Fisher Rogers and the late Wesley E. Rogers. Robert gave his life to the church at age 12 years old. He was a member of Devine Mercy Seat Baptist Church of Harvey, Illinois. He leaves to cherish his memory his sons, Jhari O. Rogers, Jha Nero E. Rogers, Jha Damian Rogers and step-daughter, Mia Coda, brothers Damone W. Griffin and Earle K. White, sister Mary L. Turner, niece Niya T.White, nephew Damone David Griffin, his mother Miriam Rogers and a host of cousins and relatives. "Bobby, we love you, you will be forever in our memories, you will be missed greatly by all." Visitation for Robert will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am at Divine Mercy Seat Baptist Church, 15209 S. Page St., Harvey, Illinois. Interment will be at Cedar Park Cemetery in Calumet Park, Illinois.
