Obituary of Will H. Swafford Jr.

Will Harris Swafford, Jr, age 65, of Blue Island, formerly of Alabama from 1998-2013, passed from this life Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at University Of Chicago Medical Center of Chicago, IL. Will was born November 4, 1949 in Blue Island, IL to the late Will H. and the late Alice F. (Schuemann) Swafford Sr. Will is the dearest brother of the late Donald Swafford, Gail (the late Claude) Payne and the late Judy (the late Allen) Benkendorf. He is the beloved father of Ronald J. Swafford, Sean M. (Eva) Swafford and Travis Swafford and the loving step-father of Kayla (Tony) Hallman. Will is the cherished grandfather of Toni (Lawrence), Brian (Jessi), Andrea, Christopher and Jarod and the devoted great grandfather of five. He is a veteran of our countries military, serving with the US Army. Visitation will be Sunday, February 8, 2015 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Cremation Private.
