Koch, Jr., 87, of Blue Island, beloved husband of Evelyn nee Simon, loving father of William III and Diane (David) Matthews, devoted grandfather of Rachael and Katherine Matthews, cherished brother of Mary (Robert) Wilson, dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. William was a faithful member of St. Benedict Parish, serving on the Finance Council and the Holy Name Society. He was a WWII Army veteran, earning 3 Bronze Battle Stars in Europe. William was a member of the VFW and the Knights of Columbus.
