Preceded in death by eight other siblings. Billy Ray was a United States Army veteran, serving in Germany. He was formerly employed by Best Kosher Sausage Company. Billy Ray was a resident of Blue Island until relocating to Crestwood five years ago. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital greatly appreciated.
