Betty, Dwight, Annalise, and Benjamin: I was so sorry to hear about your loss of this precious member of your family. She was a sweet dear person. I will never forget her urgent talk at Karen & Benjamin's wedding, or her fiery eyes and strength when talking about Jesus, our Savior. My favorite memory is watching her at her 100th birthday party with newborn, Grace, her great granddaughter, 100 years younger, but breathing the same air in the same time and space together. It was a wonder to me and wonderful to witness. Betty, I know how deeply you loved her and I pray that as you grieve your loss over the months and years ahead, you will find great comfort and joy in all of your memories of her and especially knowing you will see her again one day! Love to all of you! Rhonda Raad

Your mother obviously touched many lives, Betty, through her witness of Jesus. Although I never met her personally, I knew her through you, and through reading one of her books long ago. What a special time to enter into His presence! I pray for you and your family to be comforted, and strengthened for the days ahead without her.

It was a privilege to know your mother and how I thank God for her faithfulness to Him to the very end. "So even to old age and gray hair,s O God, do not forsake me, until I proclaim your might to another generation, your power to all those to come." Psalm 71:18. Anna definitely did so, and I am especially glad for the fruit she nurtured in your life, Betty.

She loved Jesus, and from my perspective she always worked at reflecting the character of Jesus Christ. So I think of this verse when I reflect on my Mother-In-law Anne Sandberg:
Finally, beloved, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is pleasing, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. Phil. 4:8

Dear Betty & Dwight, Benjamin (Karen) Annalise (Ryan) grandchldren, Grace, Chloe, Blythe and Autumn, Angela and family:
Darnell and I want to extend condolences to you. Know that the Lord is a very present help in time of need, Psalm 46:1, He is our provider. Look to Him...He will provide others to come alongside you in a manner that Anna previously did.
What happened for me was a new person showed up on the night that we buried my mom. She began calling @ 9:10 p.m. This was the time that my mom and I usually spoke. What a blessing the person has become in my life. Interesting that she filled the 9:10 p.m. time slot without ever knowing that she had.
Blessings for having your gift make room for you to bring you before great men!

Dear Betty and Family,
I met your mother at least 20 years ago at our wonderful church, Homewood Full Gospel, and usually sat right in front of her and then with her as the years went on. She was a true prayer warrior and I always enjoyed any time I spent with her for tea or a visit. She was a Godly woman and an inspiration and I shall never forget her. She faithfully prayed for my son which I knew went straight to the throne. God bless you and your family as you grieve, yet rejoice, in your mom's going to glory. Love, Bev

What a wonderful tribute that she is a godly woman who reflected the character of Christ; and a true comfort in the confidence that she has entered into the joy of her Lord.
