Dennis was born on February 6, 1961 in Chicago, IL to the late Ralph and the late Nancy (née Stocker) Ingram. He is the beloved husband of Alma (née Valadez) for 30 years, and together they built a life filled with cherished memories. He is survived by his five children: Tiffany, Michelle (Tim) Bard, Miranda, Tieg (Jeremy) Hall and Amelia, who were proud to call him Dad. His love extended beyond his children to his five grandchildren: Gabriella, Nevaeh, Ariel, Michael and Delilah. Dennis is the dear brother of Steve (Bobby) and Ron (Denise). He leaves many other friends and family members to cherish his memory.
A gifted athlete, Dennis excelled in many sports throughout his life. As a youth, he was an outstanding baseball player, playing in the Blue Island Little League for many years. His love for sports continued throughout his life, with hockey being one of his greatest passions. Along with playing hockey in the homemade backyard ice rinks as a kid, Dennis played in several organized hockey leagues, where his athleticism and competitive spirit shone brightly. In addition, he was an avid racer at Raceway Park, where he spent countless hours in the thrill of competition. Dennis found peace and relaxation on the water, and his love for fishing was matched only by his joy of being outdoors. His legacy will live on in the memories of those he touched and the many stories that will continue to be shared by his loved ones.
