Obituary of Jeffery Paul Sheets

Jeffery Paul Sheets passed away at the age of 42 on Saturday, July 8, 2023. He was born on November 25, 1980.

Jeff was a humorous and caring, loving son, nephew, cousin and friend of many. Jeff is survived by his father Paul Sheets, Aunt Laura, Uncle Bob (Barbara) Sheets and many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother Karen Sheets and his grandparents Eugene (Margaret) Cloutier and Paul (Marie) Sheets.

Jeff loved his dog Lucy very much, which was his whole world. He will be missed by many in Illinois and Wisconsin, where he vacationed with friends and family. Jeff loved being in Wisconsin at the family lake property and enjoyed spending time driving his classic Mustang, riding in his UTV with family and friends and driving his snowmobile. 

Jeff was a creative and successful entrepreneur as he created and sold many businesses since he was very young. He enjoyed buying and selling antiques and recently had a restoration business where he restored antiques, old jukeboxes, video games and antique gambling machines. He enjoyed spending time, talking and cracking jokes with his many close friends, cousins and family.

A graveside service will be held Monday, July 31, 2023 at 10:00 am at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 6001 W. 111th St., Alsip, Illinois. Please meet at the cemetery gate no later than 9:45 am.
