Maria Martinez, 70, of Blue Island, passed from this life November 2, 2022.
Maria is the beloved life partner of Carlos Mendoza. She is the loving mother of Alberto Molina, Katie Mendoza, Virginia Mendoza and Carlos A. Mendoza. Maria is the cherished grandmother of Alberto Molina, Esmeralda Mendoza, Emiliano Mendoza and Perla Mendoza. She is the dear sister of many brothers and sisters.
Maria was devoted to her family. She was a woman of faith and lived her life with kindness and compassion.
Visitation for Maria will be held Sunday, November 6, 2022 from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Chapel prayers will begin Monday at 9:15 am at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island, then to St. Donatus Church, 1939 Union St., Blue Island, for mass at 10:00 am. Interment will take place at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
