David B. Camp Obituary

David B. Camp, 63, of Blue Island, passed from this life Saturday, October 29, 2022.


Dave is the beloved husband of Debra M. nee Pogorzelski. The couple were united in marriage on November 4, 1995. He is the cherished father of Abby Camp. Dave was the loving son of the late Loraine nee Bazinaw and the late Nicholas Camp. He is the dear brother of Alexander Camp, Richard Camp, the late Thomas (Terre) Camp, Christopher Camp, Michele (Michael) McEldowney and Theresa (Brian) Beason. Dave is the dear son-in-law of Pat Pogorzelski and brother-in-law of Tony Pogorzelski. He leaves many other family members and friends to cherish his memory.


Dave was a retired manager of a construction warehouse. He was an avid sports fan and he especially supported the Chicago Bears and the Chicago White Sox.


A memorial visitation for Dave will be held Thursday, November 10, 2022 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Memorial services will be conducted Friday, at 11:00 am at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Interment of cremains will take place at St. Casimir Cemetery.
