Obituary of Vilulfo G. Cisneros

Vilulfo G. “Vili” Cisneros, 59, of Blue Island, passed from this life Sunday, July 3, 2022.

Vilulfo is the beloved husband of Socorro Hurtado Cisneros. He is the loving father of Eliana Cisneros, Nestor (Jennifer) Cisneros, Billy (Jesse) Reyes, Kekis (Danie) and Brian. Vilulfo is the proud grandfather of Nathaniel, Xavi, Pidge, Oliver, Maxx, Esmeralda, Evyluna, Emily and Olivia.  He is the cherished son of Inocencio Cisneros and Raquel Gaytan and the dear brother of Leticia, the late Adela, the late Obdulia, Rosario, Roberto, Maria Elena, Adriana, Eloisa and Roxana and the cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Vilulfo was born March 5, 1963 in Ojocaliente, Zacatacas, Mexico to. He is the president and founder of Cisneros G. Trucking. Vili was a devoted son, husband, father, brother, uncle and friend of many. He went above and beyond to help anyone who was in need. Vilulfo was a motorcycle enthusiast and also enjoyed fishing.

Visitation for Vilulfo will be held Sunday, July 10, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Chapel prayers will begin Monday at 9:15 am at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island, then to St. Mary Magdalene Church (formerly St. Benedict Church), 2339 York St., Blue Island for mass at 10:00 am. Interment will take place at St. Benedict Cemetery, Crestwood.
