Obituary of Gloria Rae Ferm

Gloria Rae Ferm of Alsip, formerly of Roseland, passed from this life Friday, June 3, 2022 at the age of 70. Gloria was born February 14, 1952 in Blue Island to the late John Davalos and the late Mary nee Moncada. She was the beloved wife of the late Timothy J. Ferm, who passed away September 15, 2015, and is the loving mother of Andrea Nothnagel, Julia Ferm and Sarah Ferm. Gloria is the proud grandmother of Alex Ferm and Damien Lopez and the dear sister of Steve (Donna) Davalos, Christine (Terry) Begg, John (Betty) Davalos, Debbie (John) Mitchell and Richie (Jen) Davalos. Gloria was a former employee of Jewel-Osco Bake Shop, working mainly as a cake decorator. She was a former member of TOPS and an assistant volunteer for the Alsip Fire Department and the Salvation Army. Gloria loved watching Judge Judy but most of all, she loved her family and will be dearly missed. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 8, from 3:00 pm to 8:00pm at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. The cremation is private.
