Obituary of Beatrice A. Weinberger

Beatrice A. Weinberger nee Facko, 97, of Homewood, passed from this life Sunday, August 29, 2021. Beatrice was born February 25, 1924, in Blue Island, to the late Susan nee Halaj and the late John Facko. Beatrice was the beloved wife of the late Russell A. Weinberger, who passed away November 4, 2005. She is the loving mother of Karl (Gail) Weinberger, Karen (Michael) Grandinetti, Kenneth (Barbara) Weinberger and Kathy (John) Chlapecka. Beatrice is the cherished grandmother of Kristyn (Kevin), Kurt, Kieth, Bradley, Allison, Charles and Graham and the devoted great grandmother of Morgan, the late Abigail, Ethan, Owen and Peyton. She is the dearest sister of the late John (late Edith) Facko, late Sue (late LeRoy) Erickson, late Florence (late Henry) Malatinka, late Eleanor (late Harold) Mislich, late Esther (late Ed) Johnson, late Bertha (late Norman) Mosel, late Gerhardt (Mary Lou) Facko, late Norman (late Pauline) Facko, late Virginia Facko, late Raymond (late Anne) Facko and Robert (Joyce) Facko. Visitation for Beatrice will be held Thursday, September 2, 2021, from 9:30 am until the time of service at 11:00 am at St. Peter & St. Paul Lutheran Church, 13153 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Interment will take place at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Chicago. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Peter & St. Paul Lutheran Church greatly appreciated.
