Obituary of Marilyn J. Brown

Marilyn J. Brown nee Washington, 87, of Blue Island, passed from this life Friday, July 9, 2021. Marilyn was the beloved wife of the late William C. Brown, who passed away January 16, 2017. She is the loving mother of Lori Brown, Robert (Erin) Brown and the late Beth Ann Donovitch. Marilyn is the devoted grandmother of Kevin, John (Caitlin), Michael (Myriam), Kimberly, Katie, Sydney, Ryan and Campbell. She is the proud great grandmother of J.J. and Maddie Sue. Marilyn was born September 6, 1933 in Chicago to the late Evelyn nee Pagel and the late Robert Washington. She was a lifelong resident of the Eastside of Blue Island. Marilyn was a lover of all animals and an avid Chicago Bulls Fan. Visitation for Marilyn will be held Wednesday, July 14, 2021 from 3:00 pm until the time of service at 7:00 pm.
