Jim was a great guy! I met him when I was a rookie policeman and we became friends. I learned a lot from Jim! He was well liked by all, a fair man, and had a level head. His only downside . . . He was a HORRIBLE banjo player! He will be missed by many!

Jim was a great friend to my Jim when he was BIPD and friend to so many others, a mentor, leader, fair to all, just a great man to know, very much respected.
