Obituary of Jana Marie Mican

Jana Marie Mican, 67, passed from this life Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox. Jana was born January 1, 1954 in Blue Island to the late John Mican and the late Catherine nee Willig. She is survived by her beloved siblings, Cathy (Frank) Graves and John (Martha Work) Mican. Jana is the loving aunt of Frances (Paul Baribeau), Grace (Dylan Weber-Owens) and the dear cousin of Donna (Tom) Koehler, Bill (Peggy) Bailey and Barbara (Rick Bailey) Noah. She is the 'great aunt' to many second cousins and leaves behind many cherished friends. Jana was formerly employed by Hartz Construction, Cbeyond Communication and the American Hospital Association. Cremation is private. Burial of ashes will take place at a later date at Mt. Greenwood Cemetery in Chicago.
