Obituary of Baltazar "Mark" Manzo

Baltazar "Mark" Manzo, 49, lifelong resident of Blue Island, passed from this life Friday, November 6, 2020. Mark is the life partner of the love of his life, Chrissy Buckner. He is the beloved son of Maggie Avina. Mark is the father of Elizabeth Manzo and Alec (Brittany) Manzo and the grandfather of Bryant. He is the cherished brother of the late Phillip Manzo, the late Mitchell Manzo, Josephine (Wayne) Peterson, Abel Manzo, Jovita (Thomas) Sanderson, Juanita (Jose Fidel) Garcia and Julia (Ernesto) Prado. Mark is the loving uncle of many nieces and nephews. He also leaves many other family members and numerous friends to cherish his memory. Mark was born August 12, 1971 in Harvey. He was employed by JC Restoration of Rolling Meadows. Mark loved to ride motorcycles and riding was his passion. He found great joy and freedom traveling throughout the states on his motorcycle with the love of his life and his friends. Mark also enjoyed music and often times could be found performing as a DJ at Harry's Long Bar. A Celebration of Mark's life will be held Saturday, May 8, 2021 from 3:00 pm until the time of prayer service at 7:30 pm.
