Obituary of Alfonso Castaneda

Alfonso Castaneda, 63, of Blue Island, passed from this life May 1, 2020. He is the beloved husband of Cecilia nee Martinez Castaneda. Alfonso is the loving father of Gloria Castaneda, Erica Castaneda and Oscar Castaneda. He is the proud grandfather of Osvaldo Castaneda, Adan Arellano, Freddy Castaneda, Emma Reyes and Issac Reyes. Alfonso was born April 14, 1957 in Estancia de Animas, Zacatecas, Mexico, to the late Esperanza nee Esparza and J. Reyes Castaneda. He has been a long time resident of Blue Island. Those who knew Alfonso will remember him as a very bright, caring man. He will be missed by those who recall him in his best days. Cremation services for Alfonso will be private.
