Obituary of Eileen E. Klotz

Eileen E. Klotz nee Richards, 73, of Blue Island, passed from this life Thursday, September 26, 2019.

Eileen is the beloved wife of Robert H. Klotz. She is the devoted mother of Sara (Michael) Sullivan and Pamela Zacharski. Eileen is the loving grandmother of Kaitlin (D.J.) Burns, Michael Sullivan Jr. and Kylee Sullivan and the proud great grandmother of Deegan Burns. She is the dear sister of the late Kathleen Prideaux, Robert Veal, the late Peter Veal and Judith Ventham.

Eileen was born March 4, 1946 in Bristol, England to the late Eileen nee O'Callahan and Leonard Richards. She was a faithful member of Salem Ev. Lutheran Church. Eileen loved to spend time with her family and enjoyed her flowers, gardening and knitting.

Visitation for Eileen will take place Tuesday, October 1, 2019 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 11:00 am at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Interment will take place at Chapel Hill Gardens South Cemetery.
