Obituary of Obdulia Lula Cisneros

Obdulia "Lula" Cisneros, 56, of Blue Island. She is the beloved wife of Jaime Torres and the loving mother of Maira Torres, Laura Torres and Marta Torres. Lula is the devoted grandmother of Priscila Reyes, Adan Reyes and Romeo Estrada. She is the cherished daughter of Inocencio and Raquel Cisneros and the dear sister of Leticia Cisneros, Adela Cisneros, Vilulfo Cisneros, Ma. Rosario Herrera, Roberto Cisneros, Maria E. Cisneros, Adriana Cerda, Eloisa Rodriguez and Roxana Cisneros. Lula was a faithful member of St. Donatus Church, where she was also a member of the choir. She loved spending time with her family and friends and also enjoyed dancing and cooking. Visitation for Lula will be held Sunday, January 8, 2017, from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Chapel prayers will begin Monday at 9:00 am at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island, then to St. Donatus Church, 1939 Union St., Blue Island, for mass at 10:00 am. Interment will take place at St. Benedict Cemetery, Crestwood.
