I was thinking about David and called him; however, phone was disconnected. I searched for another way to contact him.....I am crushed...he was one of the 'best' patients I've had in 40years. He was a wonderful person. I am praying for you, his family. He spoke of you, especially his Mom, so lovingly. There's an angel watching over you...I will miss him and his occassional calls, dearly. GOD bless you.
