Daniel F. Rubino, 99, of Blue Island. WWII Army Air Force veteran. Beloved husband of the late Mary nee Nardi, loving father of Lynn Rubino and Annette (Dale) Bertucci, cherished grandfather of Daniel, Nicole, Jennifer, Sarah (Rick) and Lauren, proud great grandfather of Isabella, June and Marshall, dear brother of the late George, Louise and John. Visitation Friday, April 22, 2016 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Chapel prayers Saturday, 9:15 am at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island, then to St. Walter Church, 118th St. & Western Ave., Chicago, for mass at 10:00 am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip.
