Obituary of Doreen Louise Bousquet

Doreen Bousquet of Westmont Illinois passed away on December 12, 2015. Doreen was born on July 3, 1964 and was preceded in death by her father Robert Bousquet and her brother Richard Bousquet. She is survived by her mother Joyce Bousquet, her sister Debbie Bousquet Duffy and husband Peter Duffy, nieces Megan and Lisa Duffy of Arlington Heights; her brother Robert Bousquet and wife Christine Bousquet, nephews Gage and Christian of Elburn. Doreen was a theater major and graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Following graduation she created her own theater company bringing original ensemble productions to the stage as well as adapting short stories for stage performance. Doreen was also an avid reader, writer, and lover of nature. She had a loving and kind heart, a vivacious spirit and a sincere and warm smile for anyone she met. Doreen will be missed by all those who knew her. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday January 2, 2016 at Windridge Memorial Park and Nature Sanctuary, 7014 S. Rawson Bridge Rd. in Carey Illinois. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Doreen’s memory can be made to your favorite charity or local animal shelter…something that was very dear to Dori.
