Obituary of Dannette M. Talaski

Dannette M. Talaski nee Napier, 58, of Blue Island, formerly of Calumet Park, passed from this life February 22, 2019. She is the beloved wife of Ronald J. Talaski, the couple were united in marriage for thirty-five years.  Dannette is the loving mother of Kristi Sanderson, Ronald J. (Melissa) Talaski, Ricky C. (Kelly) Talaski and Randy A. Talaski and the cherished grandmother of Marissa Cruz, Cassandra Alvarado, Layla Alcantar, Owen Talaski, Grace Talaski  and Jack Talaski. She is the dear sister of Tony Napier.

Dannette was the owner and operator of Lillians Antiques of Blue Island, those who stopped by her business were greeted warmly.  She was dedicated not only to her family, but to all those she met. Dannette had a heart of gold and never turned away from someone who needed an ear or help with some aspect of their life. She had a passion for cooking and was happiest when she could share meals with her family and friends, especially Christmas morning when she would host an open house for all to enjoy. Dannette will be remembered for her generosity, quick wit and no nonsense approach to life.

Cremation was private.

Memorial visitation Saturday, June 1st, from 9:00 am until time of Memorial Mass at 11:00 am at St. Terrence Church, 4300 W. 119th Place, Alsip.
