Obituary of Fred Joseph Bloden

Fred J. Bloden, 79, of Oak Forest. He is the beloved husband of Arlene nee Satay. Fred is the loving father of Angel (Bruce) Brudnicki and Fred Bloden. He is the cherished grandfather of Catherine, Tiffany, Kyrstin, Hailey and Blaine and the proud great grandfather of Brooklyn. Fred is the dear brother of Barbara "Dolly" (Craig) Carlson.

Fred was a United States Marine Corps veteran. He was a member of the Teamsters Locals 786, 710 and 705, formerly serving as a union steward for 786. Fred also served as a part-time police officer in Calumet Park. He was a former member of the Moose and the V.F.W.

 Visitation for Fred will be held Tuesday, January 23, 2018  from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral service will be conducted Wednesday at 10:30 am at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island.  Interment will take place at Beverly Cemetery in Chicago.
