Obituary of Maybelle F Meyer

Maybelle F. Meyer nee Rippe, 93, of Blue Island and Tinley Park. She was the beloved wife of the late Marvin E. Meyer who passed away June 10, 1996. The couple were united in marriage in 1949. Maybelle is the loving mother of Nancy (Steve) Hocker and Larry (Melanie) Meyer. She is the cherished grandmother of  Alex Hocker, Kimberlyn Hocker, Landon Meyer, Brooke Meyer, Diya Meyer and the late Kara Hocker.  Maybelle is the dear sister of Ruth Roberts, Gladys Alamprese and the late Viola Holdefer, Esther Breckenridge, Leona Baer, Marion Peters, John Rippe Jr. and Raymond Rippe.  

Visitation for Maybelle will be held Sunday, November 19, 2017 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, 11:00 am  at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Interment will take place at First Ev. Lutheran Cemetery, Alsip.
