Jean M. Grzadzinski (née Gura), age 97, formerly of Blue Island, passed from this life on August 11, 2026.

She was the beloved wife of the late Robert Grzadzinski. Jean was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Stella, Stephen, Mildred, Joseph, and Helen. She was the fond aunt of many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, who will cherish the memories they shared with her.

Visitation for Jean will be held on Monday, August 17, from 9:00 AM until the time of Chapel Prayers at 10:15 AM at Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 Greenwood Avenue, Blue Island. Holy Mass will follow at 11:00 AM at St. Benedict Church/St. Mary Magdalene Parish, 2939 York Street, Blue Island. The procession will follow for interment at St. Benedict Cemetery, Crestwood.

In lieu of flowers, donations for Masses in Jean’s memory at St. Benedict Church/St. Mary Magdalene Parish would be greatly appreciated.
