Michael L. Sternquist, 80, of Palos Heights, passed from this life peacefully at home on January 20, 2026.

Michael was born on December 29, 1945, in Chicago. He is the cherished husband of Roberta Stenquist, née Marshall, with whom he was united in marriage for fifty-seven years.

Michael is the loving father of Rick (Dina) and the treasured grandfather of Michael and Emma. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and spoke often of his time in the service, which remained a meaningful part of his life.

Cremation is private.
