Eleanore Gregg (née Bravo), age 91, formerly a long-time resident of Calumet Park, passed from this life on November 12, 2025.

Eleanore was born on August 18, 1934, in Blue Island, Illinois, to the late Leo and the late Agnes Bravo. She is the loving mother of Robert (Laura), Candace, and Michael (Karen). Eleanore is the cherished grandmother of Robert, Anna, and Margaret. She is the devoted sister to seven and a dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. Eleanore leaves behind many other family members and friends who will forever cherish her memory.

A woman of strong faith, Eleanore was a long-time parishioner of St. Isidore Catholic Church, where she found joy, comfort, and community throughout her life. For decades, she also spent Friday nights at St. George’s bingo, where she built lasting friendships and embraced every game with joy—even during streaks of bad luck. Her laughter and spirit brightened the bingo hall, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A memorial visitation for Eleanore will be held Sunday, November 30th, from 1:00 PM until the time of the memorial service at 5:00 PM, at Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Cremation is private.
