Obituary of Lorenzo Alvarado

Lorenzo Alvarado, 77, loving father of two, grandfather of three and great grandfather of two.  He has gone home to be with our Lord on February 6, 2025 and with his loving wife Dolores Alvarado.

He retired as an ESL teacher.  He was a steadfast presence in his family’s life and was a source of inspiration to everyone he encountered.  An avid Texas Cowboys fan and loyal friend.  He loved cook outs with his family, Holidays, birthdays, weddings and just being around family. 

As we say until next time, we do so, knowing that he will be greatly missed and his leaving will be a great challenge to endure.

Visitation for Lorenzo will be Sunday, February 16, 2025 from 2:00 pm until 7:00 PM at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 Greenwood Avenue, Blue Island.  Cremation is Private.
