Joseph A. Strzelecki, 67, of Blue Island, passed from this life on Sunday, February 2, 2025.

Joseph was born on July 26, 1957. He is the loving father to Rachel (Nate) Mata. Joseph is the proud grandfather to Liam, Sofia, and David. He is the dear brother of the late Richard (Pam), the late John (the late Joyce), and Carolyn Stein (the late Tim). Joseph is the loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. He leaves many other dear family members and friends to cherish his memory.

Joseph had a love for the outdoors. His passion was duck and goose hunting and fishing. He would spend countless hours on the water, always seeking the thrill of the perfect catch and enjoying peaceful moments by the water. Cremation is private.
