Anastacio De La Rosa, 81, of Blue Island, passed from this life on Thursday, January 30, 2025.

Anastacio was born on April 27, 1943. He is the beloved husband of Josefina De La Rosa de Hernandez. They have been united in marriage for over sixty years. Anastacio is the devoted father to Victor (Maria), Ezequiel (Irma), Irene (Eusevio), Jose (Maria), Anastacio Jr. (Gabby), Leticia (Miguel), Humberto (Mayra), and Ramiro. He is the dear brother of Guadalupe, Juventino, Juan, and Jose. Anastacio is the loving grandfather to thirty and great-grandfather to twenty-one. He leaves many other dear family members and friends to cherish his memory.

Visitation for Anastacio will be held Monday, February 3rd from 3:30 pm until 8:00 pm at Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 Greenwood Avenue, Blue Island. Chapel prayers will begin Tuesday at 9:00 am at the Krueger Funeral Home, then to St. Augustine Church, 4130 147th St., Midlothian for mass at 10:00 am. Interment will take place at St. Benedict Cemetery in Crestwood. Donations to the family are greatly appreciated.
