Obituary of Bernard J. Truschka

Bernard J. Truschka, 75, of Oak Forest, passed from this life Wednesday, April 8, 2020. Bernard is the beloved husband of Karen nee Allison, the couple were united in marriage February 13, 1970. He is the cherished father of the late Richard Pedersoli, Jennifer Truschka and Matthew Truschka. Bernard is the loving brother of the late Dorothy Lucas, the late Kenneth Truschka, Sharon Whitlow and Margaret Calvery. He is the dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Bernard was born February 1, 1945 in Blue Island to the late Elizabeth A. nee Johnson and Bernard Truschka. He was a United States Marine Corp veteran, serving in Vietnam. Bernard was formerly employed by Clark Oil. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. Services and cremation will be held privately.
