Ken had been one of my best friends for 40 years. I had no idea that he was sick or had passed as we hadn't maintained the same close relationship we previously shared for so many years. He was a good and kind man who loved beautiful things. I am deeply saddened by his passing and disappointed that I was not able to share my final thoughts with him.
