Obituary of Lucille Emma Knirsch

Lucille Emma Knirsch of Fredericksburg, Texas,  passed from this life on May 19, 2019 at the age of 94. She was born on October 11, 1924 in Blue Island, Illinois to Arthur and Emma nee Hunstock Rauch. On July 14, 1945 she married Robert Benhart Knirsch.

Lucille is survived by her children Nancy Brewster of San Dimas, California, Allen Knirsch and wife Nelle of San Antonio, Texas, sister Margie Rauch of Illinois, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Robert B. Knirsch; parents Arthur and Emma Rauch, brothers Herbert Rauch, Roy Rauch, Elmer Rauch, Raymond Rauch and sister Bernice Berry.

Visitation will take place in Texas on Saturday May 25, 2019 from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am at Fredericksburg Funeral Home.

Graveside service and interment will be held Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 11:00 am at First Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery,  4135 W. 127th St., Alsip, Illinois.
