Obituary of Edward R. Struke

Edward R. Struke, 87, of Blue Island. He is the beloved father of Kurt E. Struke and Kristine A. Struke. Edward is the proud grandfather of Corene Peloquin. Edward was a faithful member of First Ev. Lutheran Church. He served in the Engineer Corps of the US Army in Korea during the Korean War. Edward was a retired carpenter and member of Local #141. He enjoyed fishing and loved Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Visitation for Edward will be held Thursday, May 19, from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am at First Ev. Lutheran Church, Grove and Ann Sts., Blue Island. Interment will take place at First Ev. Lutheran Cemetery, Alsip. Please omit flowers.
